Hi There! We asked our friend, the author of this article, Stacy Small, and she said the following: “I found that the GF pizza they made for me at hotel Santa Catarina was delicious. They also offered gf pasta options.” She also mentioned that the higher-end hotels in the area in general tend to be very aware, conscientious, and helpful in delivering wonderful GF meals. If you find something wonderful, please let us know — and HAVE A GREAT TRIP!

We’re going this summer and 3 of us are gluten free. Was there a standout restaurant on the Amalfi Coast? We will be in Rome, Venice, Florence and a few small villages in Tuscany. Thank you in advance.
