This pound cake is unusual and, from my point of view, delicious. There is no sugar in a mix that includes rum and coffee granules. The sweetness is in the frosting, and combined with the cake, is heaven in a mouthful. To be honest it is not for everyone’s taste, but for those whose taste it is, they love it.
