Nixtilimated maize maybe gluten free but wet milled corn has not ever proved to be gluten free. Also studies show how gluten content increases in zea mays as they widely use gmo corn which really has always been gmo since the grass did not look like that originally. Corn somehow cross reacts with soy and wheat allergies and studies have shown it’s a top ten allergy in other countries like Pakistan. So reality is that corporations hide data and the big pharma along with gov agencies that pay subsidies to corporations are in on it. Americans don’t need this and it’s not just that it’s part of the obesity problem and mental health problems. They want a sick society. Eikhorn was first celiac recorded now somehow that is gluten free. Again all of these are grasses. Places like UNL purposely have a bias yet they do food allergy reporting. That is not suspicious at all and they state they do not include data of wheat and corn reactions. So we are fed double think. Maltodextrin great example of that. And again wet milled product. Multiple chemical sensitivity is you are allergic to wet milled corn more likely containing heavy amounts of gluten in it. Also many corn products made with lots of gluten and lots of bacteria. How is this not biological warfare against the citizens
