Late summer fall & winter. Then at another store the inner plastic was lose and mold was on the bread. What is going on? Yours is the only gluten free bread I like. Walmart in New York.

Hi! Unfortunately, all flours behave differently. For example, we tested our donuts with various flours and some were wonderful and some not so much. But personally, I usually keep King Arthur’s AP GF flour around, and Cup 4 Cup.
