I was hunting around the store for something to replace our favorite crusty rolls we’ve always had with our homemade ham/potato soup. I remembered mom always served cornbread with ham, but was frustrated when I read the recipe on the back of the cornmeal box (remember, I’m a GF newbie). I found the Krusteaz GF Cornbread. It’s fantastic!

So, I’m using your recipe this year to make a Thompson Turkey w/ GF cornbread stuffing. It’s just the two of us, which I prefer as a Thompson virgin. Next year, we’ll serve it up to a larger crowd!
